La Cocina De Mama is a locally owned and operated restaurant whose ownership cares about the people and the commitment to those communities, we are always looking for avenues of partnership that will both enhance the quality of individual’s lives as well as add value to the communities in and around each of our locations.
Because we receive so many requests for Sponsor and other donations each day, we use this form to help our managers organize and review each request in writing to help make better decisions and the impact that decision could have on your organization, whether it is for-profit or non-profit.
All requests for donations must be submitted on this form 30 days in advance of the event for proper consideration. Please know that due to the number of
requests we receive we are not able to accommodate everyone.
